ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I
make payments for my storage unit?
Making payments for
your storage unit is easy and convenient. We accept all major credit card
payments, as well as money orders or checks. For added convenience, we strongly
encourage enrolling in our auto-pay option. With autopay, your payments will be
automatically deducted from your chosen payment method each month, ensuring
that your account remains up to date without the need for manual payments. This
hassle-free option helps you avoid late fees and ensures uninterrupted access
to your storage unit.
Is there a minimum rental period for a
storage unit?
No, we do not have a
minimum rental period for our storage units. We offer flexible month-to-month
leases, allowing you to rent a unit for as long as you need without being tied
down to a long-term contract. However, please note that if you choose to move
out before the end of the month, you will not receive a refund for the
remaining balance. Additionally, we require 15-day notice prior to moving out
to ensure the smooth processing of your account and to allow us to prepare for
the transition. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and provide the best
service to all our customers.
When are my rental payments due?
The rental payment is
due on the first day of each month. A late fee will be applied if payments are
not received by the 7th day of the month. To ensure prompt payment, we
recommend using your online account as the most convenient method.
How do I rent a storage unit?
You can reserve your
unit online through our website, over the phone, or by visiting the facility in
person. If you prefer to reserve online, simply select your desired unit,
provide some basic information, and complete the reservation process. To move in,
complete your rental agreement and pay the rental amount for the remainder of
the month. Once everything is finalized, you’re ready to move in! Our staff
will provide you with access to your unit, and you can start storing your
belongings right away.
What is storage tenant protection?
Storage tenant
protection is a service designed to provide peace of mind to individuals
renting storage units. It involves insurance coverage for the contents stored
within the unit against potential risks such as theft, fire, vandalism, and
natural disasters. This protection helps tenants safeguard their belongings in
the event of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring financial compensation for any
losses or damage incurred.
What should I do if I need to change the size
of my storage unit or terminate my rental agreement?
If you need to change
the size of your storage unit or terminate your rental agreement, please reach
out to our facility manager as soon as possible. They will be able to assist
you with the necessary steps to meet your needs. If you wish to change the size
of your storage unit, we will work with you to find an available unit that
meets your requirements. If you need to terminate your rental agreement, please
keep in mind that we require 15-day notice prior to moving out. Our team will
guide you through the process to ensure that everything is handled smoothly.
What can I store in a storage unit?
In our storage units,
you can store a wide range of items, from household belongings to business
inventory and more. Some common examples are furniture, appliances, seasonal
decorations, vehicles, business inventory (retail merchandise, files, and
